Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed by 8:30am will be processed the same day. Currently, it may take 1-3 business days to ship out an order.
*Any substitutions or replacements to the order may add an additional business day to the shipping time.

 

Carriers

All orders are shipped via UPS ground.  Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent using either UPS Ground or USPS Ground.

For express shipping, you can select one of the options available. However, same-day shipping is not guaranteed. If your order cannot be shipped the same day, we will contact you via email or phone number provided in the order.

Cargo delivery is available for all locations near the Fashion District in Los Angeles.

 

Pre-Orders

Preorders will be shipped once they are available. Additional shipping charges will be applied to the order. If your preorder is delayed, we will contact you via email or phone. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is provided in the description.

 

Shipping Rates

The estimated shipping rate is available during checkout. Shipping charges may be adjusted once we have the exact weight and box dimensions.

 

 

RETURNS AND DAMAGES:

To return an item or submit a damage claim from your recent order, please refer to the policy below. The request must be made within 7 business days of receiving the order. All returns are subject to store credit only.

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the items in your order, you may submit a request for a return. Only full prepacks will be accepted for unsatisfied returns. You can reach us by email at info@vanillamonkey.com or contact us at 213-275-1407.

The items must be in their original condition and in the original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice or the order number in the box. Unauthorized returns may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Damages

Please submit a damage claim to info@vanillamonkey.com. Please include the order number, style number, color, total number of pieces, sizes, and a photo. Please do not throw them away. We will provide a return label to have them returned to us.

 

Store credit is available on your Vanilla Monkey account once it has been processed by the returns department. Store credit expires within one year after the issue date. For more information, please email us at info@vanillamonkey.com.
