3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS, or local delivery, depending on availability. Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 14 days, based on location. Express shipping options are available, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Customers will be contacted via the email or phone number provided in the order if an order cannot be shipped the same day.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns and damage claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the order. To initiate a return or damage claim, contact us at info@vanillamonkey.com with the order details and supporting photos. Only full prepacks are accepted for returns due to dissatisfaction. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Approved returns will be eligible for store credit only.
