*Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship the order.
*Any substitutions/additions to the order or issues regarding shipping address or payment may cause a delay in shipment.
*If there is a significant amount of out of stock items, we may hold the package until we receive confirmation from customer, unless otherwise requested.
Backorder and Pre-Orders
Backorder and pre-order items will be charged in advance to reserve the pack(s). Once they are ready to ship, we will make a request for payment on shipping via phone and email.
If you wish to hold to add your backorder / pre-order item(s) to your next shipment, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or on the comment section before checking out.
If there are any changes or delays to your pre-order / backorder, you will be notified via phone and email. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) date is provided on the deion.
All shoes are shipped on its own in the pre-packs that it comes in. Shoes are excluded from the promotions available at Vanilla Monkey. They cannot be combined to ship with another item or order.
VanillaMonkey.com ships within the United States and Internationally.
Currently, we are only shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.
To return an online purchase, please refer to the procedures below. Please note that the return policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made on www.vanillamonkey.com.
Online Purchase Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return them for store credit. All returns must be authorized by e-mail or phone call within 7 business days upon receiving the package. You can e-mail us at email@example.com, or contact us at 213-622-3357. Return requests made after 7 business days will not be accepted.
o The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
o Please include a copy of your invoice in the return box.
o Unauthorized returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
To make a request for a return or put in a claim for a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org the following information for a return authorization.
Once a return has been authorized, the package must be received at our facility within 7 business days from the authorized date. Any returns received after 7 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
